Accessible Design for Education
Computerade Products has been developing software for Special Needs for over 30 years - from the Apple II to the iPad and iPhone 15.
Our apps are inexpensive and do not include advertisements, web links, or in-app purchases so they can be used in schools.
Most of our products are designed for use by children or adults with special education needs including AAC users and learners with autism, orthopedic impairment, or language disorders.
Our products are easy-to-use with intrinsic reinforcement for successful completion that keep the user engaged in the learning task. A "try 'til you fly" approach!
Please leave a review on the App Store if you like our apps. Please contact us via support@computerade.com instead of leaving a bad review. Apps can be returned if they are not suitable for the intended user.
Version 2 now available
We have developed new versions of our apps to meet Apple's requirements for iOS 14 and make them more suitable for iPhones. Some information and screenshots on this website may still refer to Version 1.0.

Built-in Autoscan and Switch Support
Most of our apps include built-in options for single switch autoscan. They do not require Switch Control to be set on in your iOS Accessibility preferences. Any External Swtich that sends keycodes compatible with an Apple Bluetooth keyboard can be used.
Sentence Key Chores & Sentence Match Chores
If you like Sentence Key and/or Sentence Match, Sentence Key Chores and Sentence Match Chores provide 91 new sentences and pictures. We offer a specially priced bundle that includes all four Sentence Key and Sentence Match apps.
Tom's Times Tables
This app is designed for a general population with a Universal Design for Learning in mind. It provides a fun way to learn and memorize multiplication tables. It is suitable for all ages and use in schools. It does not include silly cartoon graphics or boring flash cards.
Which Way Out
This is a fun Maze Game with options for single switch scan or four switches or on-screen control. It includes 20 difficulty levels, each with random mazes.
Family-Friendly iPad Apps
Our apps are inexpensive and suitable for family or school use.
Our apps are only for iPad and iPhone, and available in Apple's App Store.

Our (very) old special education products for Windows based PCs have been discontinued.
Our apps do not collect data for use by Computerade Products or anyone else!
However some apps do provide student performance data for use by the teacher.
